| Sliced Grilled Pork Liempo with Fresh Cucumber |
If there is one thing our family loves doing it's nonetheless but eat. Since Mama and Papa are in-charge of the kitchen they were the ones who decide and prepare what would be the food for the particular meal.
Papa prepared Grilled Pork Liempo for dinner the other night. It was very delicious because he marinated it with special sauce for an hour. It was even made healthy and appetizing with fresh cucumber.

Favorite ko din yan! Yang cucumber favorite ko yan papakin pati carrots. Hahaha! sweet naman ng parents mo, sila na nag iisip lulutuin. Sarap talga pag kasama parents, noh?
Sarap talaga at sobrang swerte ko kasi pumayag sila na tumira dito katabi namin.
We used to have a carenderia back in Cotabato but then they left if when I asked them to transfer here in Davao. They managed to open another food shop here in Davao but closed it when I again asked them to stay home with me. Although hesitant at first, they gave in na lang because of Bella... Hehehe..
Sila ang katuwang ko kay Bella. Actually pa breastfeed lang at pagba-blog ang activity ko lagi. The rest kanila na especially ang pamamalengke at pagluluto.

This is super yum!!! I haven't try it with cucumber though.. laging coleslaw lang or atsara... I must try this... Thanks for the idea.
